My Fav Quotes!~

Gus is a strong believer in metaphor's, he places a cigar between his teeth for the pleasure of looking like the "cool kids" or the mystery of why people think smoking is cool. However Gus is in control of the object. By never lighting the cigar, it can never take over and do  the killing. I love this quote cause it reminds us that whatever the circumstance may be we are always in control of our life and our actions.

References from Shakespeare play Julius Caesar

We cannot always blame the world for our problems, but sometimes there are exceptions, sometimes bad things happen out of our control, like cancer. Also refers to the title of this novel.

This is totally awesome, John Green the author is going to read Chapter 1 of the novel. (I guess the way it was intended it to be)

Sorry, it is kind of long but if you don't like reading, then just close your eyes, listen and just imagine
